Sergeant Django

Django began his career in 2018 at just 2 years old. After seven years of service in a Special Enforcement Unit, Django was medically retired in 2025 due to spinal injuries. With the high cost of care and no one able to take him, he faced the unthinkable: the euthanasia list.

Thankfully, word reached K9 Sentinels of Hope, and we welcomed Django into our family. Now, he will live out his retirement with the medical care, comfort, and love this hero truly deserves.  Sgt. Django gave his all in service — now it’s our honor to give him the dignified retirement he earned.
